Janata Bank Ltd Exam Method

It has been known from human resource department of Janata Bank that, this time candidates will be selected through MCQ and Written test. Final selection will be done through Viva-Voce. MCQ and Written test will be held on the same day. MCQ test will be taken for 100 marks whereas written test for 200 marks.

  1. The authority of Janata Bank should select the candidates through MCQ & Written test. Because one candidate can get 60 marks in MCQ but he can get less marks in written than who get 55 marks in MCQ by this way that the student obtaining 60 marks in MCQ can solve two maths,on the other hand the student obtaining 55 marks in MCQ can solve three maths so he can get more marks. So they should examine the scripts who get 52 to above marks in MCQ and should make a merit list by the combination of MCQ and Written test.
